Being a lifelong reader has enhanced my ability to write well through exposure to writers of diverse styles and backgrounds. Literature has broadened my understanding of storytelling techniques, narrative structures, and effective communication. It has also improved my language proficiency, helping me to articulate my thoughts with precision and nuance.
And so, does the destination matter? Or is it the path we take? I declare that no accomplishment has substance nearly as great as the road used to achieve it. We are not creatures of destinations.
